Appearance of notifications [solved]

I have a problem with the appearance of notifications, no matter what theme I set in settings, the appearance of notifications is always the same.

I have tried installing several themes but the result is always the same. It happens only in Fedora 39, in Fedora 38 with the same xfce 4.18 did not happen.
Does anyone have an idea why this happens and how to fix it?

Re: Appearance of notifications [solved]

This looks like the dunst notification daemon. Check to see if the "dunst" process is running. If so, it may have take over the function of the xfce4-notifyd notification daemon and thats why none of the changes are taking effect. In which case, it is best to uninstall dunst.
