Double click on file doesn’t open in editor [Solved]

Hello!
"$ codium README.md" opens the README file in the Codium editor, however when I double-click on the README.md file, the editor opens but not the file in it. This happens after I upgrade to a snap file, I think.

I suspect it is more a desktop related issue than a Codium one but let me know if I am wrong.

Edit: solved it after a VScodium ubgrade!
