mouse: setting: sensitivity

Hello

In Xfce 4.14 we had in Xfce settings the slider sensitivity.
We had this slider for USB-mice and also for PS/2 mice.

In Xfce 4.18 I have found this setting only for USB-mice.

Why was it removed?
Why was it appropriate to remove this setting for PS/2 mice?

Would appreciate some answer.
