For me, the command
xfce4-terminal --fullscreen --hide-scrollbar --hide-menubar --hide-toolbar
still leaves a white border on the right side of the screen. The display is a standard 1920x1080. I'm using the system font which is Unbuntu Mono Regular 12. Am I missing another setting/toggle? Is this a font issue? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

Which distro, version of xfce4-terminal, and Gtk Appearance theme are you using?
Does it make a difference if you also pass the "--hide-borders" parameter?

Distro is Debian SID (via SpiralLinux). Version: xfce4-terminal 1.1.3 (Xfce 4.18) Using --hide-borders does not remove the right side border. Also, 'xterm -fullscreen' does not have this issue (i.e., no border at all).

Are you sure that the right "border" is not the scroll bar? I just tested xfce4-terminal --hide-borders and there are no borders but the scroll bar is there.

I did post that I am using --hide-scrollbar, and the border I'm getting is definitely not a scrollbar.

It looks like its something funky with the default Numix theme. Try using the built-in Adwaita theme and you'll see that it goes away:
xfconf-query -c xsettings -p /Net/ThemeName -s ""
