Way to view all applications opened in all workspaces [SOLVED]

I was wondering if you are using workspaces, is there an efficient way to be able to see some kind of list of all running applications?
Similar I guess to something like Alt+Tab list.
Currently have to cycle through workspaces manually to see what is opened, just wondering if XFCE provides a better way?

Thank You

Middle click on the desktop or add and use the windowmenu plugin. You can also change the Alt-tab functionality to display the the open applications in a list (Window Manager > Cycling).
