problems using two monitors

Hello! I like Xfce for it is very customizable, fast and productive. However, for using it, I need to solve something that I could not solve yet. It is about using two screens.
For my work, I use two screens, and the main one is the one on the right, not the one on the left. It is quite difficult for me to set. And the second difficulty is that, after locking the session of after a hibernation or suspension of the season, every windows appear disorganized and completely disordered, in the other screen, etc.

I would like to know how to solve this for using again Xfce. Thanks a lot for your help!
