Disable the shutdown restart and suspend button in XFCE logout menu

How can I disable the shutdown, restart, suspend buttons in the XFCE logout menu in Ubuntu 24?

Earlier I used to do it with Polkit in Ubuntu 22. But after migrating to Ubuntu 24, that method is not working ( i.e. the Shutdown/Restart/Suspend button are enabled. )

In Ubuntu 22, creating a file say /etc/polkit-1/localauthority.conf.d/10-onlyrestart.pkla with the below content, it used to do the trick. But not anymore in Ubuntu 24.

Is there any way to do it in Ubuntu 24?

Seems like pkla files are not used anymore, nos it's Javascript.
