Where's the xfce-notes-plugin?

I lost my older Xubuntu distro, along with the installed xfce. Fortunately I was able to recover my data.

On reinstalling Xubuntu (24.04) I find that there is no xfce-notes-plugin, so I can no longer access my old notes in a convenient manner. Where are they located, and if they no longer exist, is there a compatible plugin, please?

It's xfce4-notes-plugin, it seems available: https://packages.ubuntu.com/noble/xfce4-notes-plugin
Otherwise notes are stored in ~/.local/share/notes/
