[SOLVED] Shortcut to Switch to Desktop Without Minimizing Windows

I often need to switch the focus to the desktop while I have windows open. Right now, my options appear to be limited to either clicking on the desktop with the mouse or using the "Show Desktop" feature, which minimizes all windows before giving focus to the desktop. Is there a keyboard shortcut that can switch to desktop focus WITHOUT minimizing my windows?

Try:

wmctrl -a Desktop

...you need the wmctrl package installed.

Ah, and then I can just bind that to a key. That works. Thanks!
