Run my users xfce session more protected: cgroup/pam_usernet

Hello!

I want more network security and there are probably
user namespaces, pam_usernet and cgroups which could
me give filtering using iptables.
Can I run my login-session in a usernamespace (something, I have not much clou
currently about - in opposite to pam_usernet)?
Are there some instructions about?
Or how to use/create a cgroup2 group for my session?
