Is there any way to create theme sets for light and dark themes?

I'm using, Arch btw (I wanted to say that for a long time, sry)
So in MX Linux inside MX Tweaks we can set a specific theme and window decoration and icon packs as a theme set by giving them a name as well, and we can easily switch themes by clicking on those theme sets, I was wondering if we have something like that outside of MX Linux and for Arch based distros.
