Where can I find an XFCE developer to hire to build a clone of a KDE w

First, I have checked every single tiling manager and DM and none do what I want/need.

So I am looking to hire someone that can create one for me in XFCE.

I basically want someone to make a clone of https://github.com/qewer33/Exquisite (KDE) or https://github.com/imthenachoman/ExquisiteW (Windows). What I like about it (and want) is that I can invoke a little pop-up that shows me different windows/regions and lets me click one to resize and move the current/active window to.
I'm looking for something almost exactly like this for XFCE. I don't want to have to rely solely on keyboard shortcuts or any kind of auto tiling.
