Hello, I'm still new to xfce and I need to customize XFCE and understand everything in xfce. So can any one help me? I need something other than XFCE DOCS

What exactly do you need or you are looking for? If its a general overview, I've seen some youtube videos that walk through Xfce customization.

Well I want to customize xfce but before I want tounderstand every thing in xfce But i want other than xfce docs. thanks!

You need to be more specific on what you want to "customize". Anyways, have a look at this youtube playlist as a launch point.
