I have problem global menu (appmenu plugin) not working in XFCE 4.20

I have problem global menu (appmenu plugin) not working in XFCE 4.20
I already succed install xfce4-appmenu-plugin, but when I add appmenu plugin to panel not show as it should be

This has been fixed in appmenu but not yet officially released. If possible, run appmenu directly from their master branch or wait until official update.

I'm tempted to install it directly.
Do you know how long it usually takes for updates like this to appear in arch?

I don't think its been officially released by the developer yet. Its not in Arch's repositories but in the AUR. There is a git version of that package that should have the fix included.

The AUR repository hasn't been updated since

I left a note for the package maintainer a couple of minutes ago (took a while to figure out how - comment on the module page on AUR).

Added later 1 h 03 min 35 s:
... Almost works .... Installed and configured.  rebooted and it looked so sexy for a moment but then it flipped into compact mode and there was no getting it back again.  Shows compact only.   Much closer. 

onward ho....  ( It is impressive how ultimately configurable and light weight xfce can be...   The initial install looks janky but with a little work it can be pretty much anything you want it to be.
