Xfce badly need a Window Shuffle integration alike

I love Xfce.

I like to explore other DM to pin positive and negative aspects and here I want to point out something that could be worked and integrated into the already excellent xfwm4 default system (which I personally wouldn't exchange with anything else, actually).

I tried Budgie. Very lightweight, essential and probably with two best features I ever seen: raven and window shuffler that regulate the window tilling, snap, autoresize and so on. But the general cons is that this DM is damn unstable and the developers seems to don't care at all, especially due to free donation, patreons and so on. I guess they are very happy with their full time job.

How about to bring window shuffler mechanics, essence, implemented into the Window Manager in order to give a little boost of modernity?
Plus, a raven like side bar where notifications and CPU, GPU, media playback are tracked? Why not?
