I recently upgraded from xfce 4.18 to 4.20 on manjaro linux (stable) and now i can set a maximum of 60 minutes for display and sleep timeouts in the energy manager.
Can i change this somewhere? I require longer timeouts.
Thx!

This is a limitation of the gui. You can use xfconf-query, but once you open the gui, it will reset the value.
xfconf-query -c xfce4-power-manager -p /xfce4-power-manager/inactivity-on-ac -s VALUE
xfconf-query -c xfce4-power-manager -p /xfce4-power-manager/inactivity-on-battery -s VALUE
...where VALUE is an integer - in your case something above 60.
