Ruined xfce after external monitor plugged

Hello,
I love xfce, but after plugging external monitor settings absolutely go wrong...
After:
- I cant maximalize windows
- I cant move windows
- windows is quite moved to the right and on the left there are empty bar
- also desktop manager show only one desktop out of 4

I tried:
- delete  .config/xfce4/
- let xfce create new conf files
- copy whole .conf/xfce4/ from another user where it works fine(same computer, another user)
-searching on internet about 2 hours
..nothing helps
- apt --purge remove *xfce4* and install xfce again
.. didnt hept neither
- remove and add xfce on tasksel as a root also didint help:(

Distro: debian 12, xfce: latest

I realy wanna use only xfce, but now Im forced to other DE
another DE(cinnamon gnome, kde) works fine
