Missing Bluetooth in System Tray

I'm not sure where to report it, since I have localized system, I have no idea which project it is.

I've noticed that the Bluetooth icon is only visible in system tray when the Bluetooth tool is Open.
I've tried to check the system tray extension but it's also broken, the width of the tool is wider then the FullHD screen. Because of some jobs on the list. I have no idea what it is.

I use Fedora Xfce flavor.
