[Solved] No more rotation and reflection of a monitor

I use Fedora 41 with Xfce 4.18.6. When I updated the system (dnf update) about a week ago, I lost the ability to rotate a monitor. I go in Application/Settings/Display, the Rotation menu only has None. Before doing the update, I had the options None, Left, Right, Upside-down (or something equivalent).

In the file /home/[account]/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/displays.xml, changing the values of Rotation does not turn the display of the monitor.

Note: in the same dialog, Reflection also only has None listed as option.

Edit: the options Left, Inverted, Right are back. The Reflection options are also back.
