How to disable inactive window text shading in xfce?

As the title says

Inactive (non-focused) windows in Xfce 4.18 receive some sort of text shading, and all text inside the window becomes grayed-out, this effect is kinda bad for my eyes.

Are there any solutions to stop this effect from happening or change text color?

Any help is appreciated

Re: How to disable inactive window text shading in xfce?

# clone YourSelectedTheme from system to user home
mkdir -p ~/.local/share/themes
cp -a /usr/share/themes/YourSelectedTheme ~/.local/share/themes

# edit with Mousepad or your favorite editor
mousepad ~/.local/share/themes/YourSelectedTheme/xfwm4/themerc

And change for inactive_text_color RGB hex value (find ex. in GIMP select color dialog, or use same as is for active_text_color, white is #ffffff)

EDIT:After save, for apply is need in "Apperance" change to another theme and back to YourSelectedTheme
