Icon of application in window titlebar with xfwm4

Hello

As you can see below, the icon of xfwm4 theme is blurry/oversized compared to the icon of marco/metacity theme.

Is there a way to set the size of the icon?

so the solutions is: to set the icon size of the title bar, I updated my menu*.xpm files, before 20x24, after 20x16, and it works!
