Bug in Notification menu

In Notifications menu in Applications section then i want turn off, or turn on, Allow urgent notifications or Include log, then i click to switch, colors dont change, from blue to dark as always or in opposite, colors just stuck in blue.(I dont tested if then i turn off or turn on settings work)

I also have this result in version 4.20. I don't know if it's a bug or not. Maybe file one for clarity.
