No more icons visible on the desktop yet present in the Desktop folder

Hello everyone,

For some reason, all the icons on the desktop have disappeared! However, they are visible in the Desktop folder!
I've searched the web but haven't found the solution! If anyone can help me, thank you in advance !

My system is Debian 12, XFCE 4.18 with lightdm-xsession

Have you blocked them in the desktop settings?

Or is it configured to show minimized windows instead of folders?
Or is it configured to show the contents of a different folder?
