Sup folks!
I'm using XFCE mostly with debian, but also with fedora on qubes OS and I have an issue with xterm's icon. I like that tiny app, but the missing icon is pissing me off. so far I tried any possible way I could find on the web, including using xpm icon etc, but maybe you could come up with something? it also could be the fact I'm using qubes OS and due to that it has some issue with xterm, but I highly doubt it tho, because it's specifically to xterm. no other icon is missing like that. anyway, if you have any thoughts regarding the issue I'll appreciate it.

Where is it missing from? menu, panel, everywhere? You could try looking at the .desktop file likely in /usr/share/applications and see what icon it's calling for then verify it's location.
Wait, I just realized you wrote Xterm and not xfce4-panel. Is that correct?

yeah it's the xterm, not xfce4-*
so in qubes it's like another vm that operates other vms and it's called dom0. so there's a menu that displays the correct xterm icon and I don't know where it pulls it from, but the task manager doesn't have it and it's kinda known in qubes forums, but they don't seem to care about it much.
when I tried bunch of stuff one of the things was that there wasn't any xterm.desktop file so I created one, but that didn't help much, I also tried to switch to xpm icon, but nothing
I don't care much what icon it will be so long it will display any icon at least
