Nemo file manager is crashing

Xubuntu: 24.04.2
Nemo: 6.0.2

I realize that Nemo is the file browser for Mint, but I've been using it for quite some time.  However, after upgrading to Xubuntu 24.04, every time I attempt to mount my Samsung S10+ phone, Nemo crashes.  But when I restart it it displays the phone contents just fine.  I haven't got any replies from the Nemo developers, so thought I'd ask here just in case someone has seen this before and knows how to address it.  Thanks.
