Irfanview does not open Images, have to drag & drop images into it

Thunar 4.18 and Thunar 4.20
Wine 9.0 (I have both 32 bit and 64 bit)
Irfanview 4.70 (Issue occurs in both 32 bit and 64 bit)
In Thunar, I have set Irfanview as default image editor using properties of jpg (right click on any jpg, properties ==> open with ==> Use Custom Command ==> file path for Irfanview executable file

When I double click on jpg file,
Irfanview displays blank, it doesn't display Images, I have to drag & drop images into Irfanview, so that images can be displayed.

This issue occurs when files are clicked on regular thunar and root thunar both.

looking for help.

Re: Irfanview does not open Images, have to drag & drop images into it

If clicked on from a running explorer.exe window, already running in the wine prefix, it does open in irfanview.

For native linux FM's It seems the “%f” is missing in the desktop file in ~/.local/share/applications/wine/Programs/IrfanView/*.desktop. You could try to customize a desktop file? I'm not so familiar with wine weirdness.
