I can't set system hibernate

Hi
on xubuntu 25.04 I try to hibernate my desktop system after 1 minute (time of example) but I get the error https://imgur.com/SgaczTL
My setting is: https://imgur.com/2FmTeMK

Nothing happens: I still access my desktop

What does the following return:

xfce4-power-manager --dump

Also, are you able to hibernate using systemd?

sudo systemctl hibernate

Ha il pannello di luminosità: No
Ha il pulsante di accensione: Sì
Ha il pulsante di ibernazione: Sì
Ha il pulsante di addormentamento: Sì
Ha il pulsante della batteria: Sì
Ha il coperchio: No

Also, are you able to hibernate using systemd?

sudo systemctl hibernate

I don't, nothing happens, this command reboots just the ethernet

It looks like Ubuntu disables hibernate by default? Have a read though this article for information on how to re-enable it.
