Pulseaudio error then pressing suspend button

Using pulseaudio Volume Control.
I have bug that makes volume of my audio to default value instead of keeping it saved as i set it before.
How to execute bug:
1. Change sound volume to any expect default
2. Press Suspend button in Log Out menu
3. Boot into system, and see that sound has been set to default value

Which distro and version of Xfce are you running?
