I just had a strange error that my open terminals stopped responding.
This happened only once for now. I think the information below (dmesg) is what happened at that moment:

I'm on Debian Trixie, but I have a custom kernel (6.15.8) to get better support for my wifi card.

Thanks for the information.
I will try to do that next time. It only happened once.
I also get more and complete freezes when I enable the compositor. I guess a driver issue. (New Framework 13 laptop)

The freezing is a X11 bug, not xfce4:
