silence panel dialog boxes?

Hi Follks,

Is there any way to prevent panel items from generating pop-up dialog boxes? The ones that appears as small floating windows near the panel? For example, the power manager sometimes generates a box that says "your battery is fully changed." I can see how they would be useful, but on the balance I'd rather not have them.

thanks!

Thanks Treeview! I was searching for all the wrong keywords, and probably would never have found it!
