Any idea what is going on with Gitlab site (SOLVED)

I noticed that the Gitlab site does not show anyones user names.
Also if you go into any of the posts that have responses they all say something like "deleted user account".
Even for main XFCE developer accounts.

If anyone knows what is going on, please let me know.
