Steam menus mouse bug

Hello.
I have same issue.
Steam pop-up menus, for example, in Workshop  Tab, not working, not clickable by mouse. I press and menu not response, but click work on web page, under menu. I might accidentally open a mod page under menu, but not a menu.
I tried to change Xfce settings for windows, Steam interface few compatibility settings . But, no luck.
