How to fix error in https://docs.xfce.org

Sorry if this is not the correct place to post this, but I couldn't find any contact or bug reporting links on the XFCE docs website.

There is a dead link in the XFCE docs site at https://docs.xfce.org/apps/xfce4-notifyd/spec.

At the top of the page there is a link to freedesktop.org's notifications specification but the url is incorrect.

The link's url is https://specifications.freedesktop.org/ … atest.html but it should be https://specifications.freedesktop.org/ … ec/latest/.

Is there any way to pass this on to whoever is maintaining that site?
