Some Flatpaks Don't See Thunar Bookmarks in "Save As" Window

Some of the apps I have installed as Flatpaks don't show my folder shortcuts in the "Save As" dialog. For instance, here's Mousepad:

By comparison, here's LibreOffice Writer--also installed as a Flatpak--and it does show my bookmarks:

I can confirm in Flatseal that Mousepad can see my home directory, so I'm not sure where the problem lies:
