The icon size is displayed incorrectly

This mainly focuses on the system's ICONS. I couldn't find where to set up these things.

Here are some pictures. Perhaps it better explains my problem.

The biggest problem comes from here. I'm not sure what these applications are, but they are always either too small or too large. I don't feel well.

I'm not familiar with these environments. Can anyone tell me what to do?
