Shortcut key to restore the minimized window

I'd like to have a reliable setting (preferably xml file) for having a shortcut key to perform :

Restore the minimized window

Aka: to bring window to the front and be in focus

it'd be restoring of any/general windows get minimized, put on the BG into panel bar

IMHO that'd be very great as a user already had all good shortcuts similar that one eg.:
- switch between app, or windows of one same app.
- close current focused window
- minimize current focused window
- hide all window in order to clear up desktop's view
- etc

how to have shortcut key.. please, thanks before

There are already shortcut keys to do everything you list there.

settings>>window manager>>keyboard

You can also change them or set more.
