I've problem with XFCE.

There is no screenshot.

For the desktop icons see Settings>>Desktop>>Desktop icons

For Thunar, right click and zoom in/out.

It looks like a theme issue to me, try some other theme and see if it's any better.

I agree, I think that's a theme issue. Switch icon themes to test.

Yes, it's only happen with Breeze and Breeze Dark icons.

Yes, if I switch icons other than Breeze and Breeze Dark icons the problem disappeared.

NOTE:

I only want to inform this to someone who might be responsible to this and he can make/release fixes for it so it will be disappeared in future version.
