Thunar: Detail list view jumping when expaning a folder

When I expand a folder when displaying in detailed list view the list jumps to the top.
I looked this up before and it was an old issue that was supposedly fixed.
To fix it I open setting editor and select thunar and change the line:
last-details-view-zoom-level THUNAR_ZOOM_LEVEL_75_PERCENT
to
last-details-view-zoom-level THUNAR_ZOOM_LEVEL_100_PERCENT
and it will fix it, temporarily.
When I reopen the editor its back to 75%
I'm running thunar version 4.20.5
