Hello!
I am using a laptop with a screen resolution of 3200 x 1800 pixels. It seems like a maximum for the size of the icon for the nm-applet in the status tray area is fixed to 64 pixels:

Is there a way to increase this value?
Many thanks in advance!

What's the height of your panel for comparison? What happens if you select "adjust size automatically"?
But it's all right, when you're all in pain and you feel the rain come down
It's alright, when you find your way, then you see it disappear
It's alright....

Panel height is 95 px. The selection "adjust size automatically" also leads to a maximum size of 64 px.

Maybe nm-tray would be an alternative. However, when I tried using it, it sometimes did not show up in the panel (though it was running).

With a screen resolution that high, why not use display scaling? (Settings Manager > Display > Scale)

Hi Toz,
With a screen resolution that high, why not use display scaling? (Settings Manager > Display > Scale)
Because the display of the elements, especially the fonts, is otherwise perfect.

I found a solution in another thread in this forum: https://forum.xfce.org/viewtopic.php?id=17396
"nm-applet --indicator" will show an icon that adapts to the size of the panel.
So, als far as I am concerned, this is solved.
