Hey,
I do a lot of remote development and use terminal and I need to scroll much. the problem is that the scroll slider color is so white i cannot see it.
I use the terminal konsole.
I have tried to edit the default theme GrayBird and changed the colors there for the vertical and horizental slider but it only applied to xfce4-terminal and not konsole.
is there a way to fix this? and yes, I/we need to use konsole.

Hello and welcome.
Konsole is a KDE program that is developed using the QT toolkit. Xfce uses the GTK toolkit. You'll need to find a way to configure QT to do that. A quick google search brought up potential helpful link.
