How can I set auto login and move panel down in settings?

I'm a new xfce user. I'm used to KDE appearance.

For auto login it depends on which login manager your using. It should be in the login manager settings or greeter settings.

For the panel, goto Settings manager>>Panel and uncheck "lock panel". You can then drag it to where ever you like the relock the panel.
