WIFI doesn't work

Hello everyone, I installed Linux MX version 23.6 on my Acer Chromebook 314, but the Wi-Fi and sound card don't work. I should start by saying that everything worked fine with Chrome OS. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Your wifi card is not being recognized. What card is it? Google says "Intel Wireless-AC 9560". If so, do you have firmware-iwlwifi installed?
