LibreOffice Calc windows open slightly behind bottom Panel sometimes

(I apologize because I do not know if this is an XFCE window manager issue or maybe even a LibreOffice 26.2.2.2 application issue?)

SETUP INFO
-Using 4.20.1 on a Debian based DE (x11)
-I have a single XFCE Panel at bottom of my screen.

-I also use XFCE `Window Manager Tweaks` - `Accessibility` tab setting
`Hide title of windows when maximized.
In the past I have reported other maybe similar issues I noticed that I experienced due to this `Accessibility` setting, where certain programs would open maximized but their status bars at the bottom of their windows would be behind the Panel.  Basically the same amount behind the Panel was the height that the title bar would be.
So at first I thought this might have had something to do with this, but I turned off this setting and this issue still occurs somewhat often.

-Basically if I have a folder that contains many Calc files `.ods` inside.
-Sometimes happens on the first Calc file I open
-Sometimes I open many and then this eventually occurs.
-Once this issue happens where the status bar goes behind the Panel, then this seems to make any Calc files opened after it have the same issue.

I was wondering if anyone ever experience anything similar to what I have mentioned above?
-In XFCE?
-In any other desktop environments? (This would help narrow down if this is an issue with LibreOffice Calc specifically and not XFCE related)

If so does anyone know the cause of this?

If this is an issue with XFCE Window Manager, a big concern I have is that any issues mentioned about xfwm4 were already not able to be worked on due to limited developers.  Yet now I have heard that development/resources are being put into a Wayland based window manager.
So it seems like there is even less likely going to be any more development for xfwm4 for those who are not interested in using Wayland window manager.
I know I do not get a say in the matter, but it would have also have been nice to see the development/resources go into xfwm4 as well as all the other components of XFCE DE / XFCE based applications.
I know this is where things are going, but it might be a good idea to keep xfwm4 updated as well as leave a couple of other DEs x11 based just in case.

Anyways, thank you to anyone who reads this and for any information shared.

Assuming you don't have intelligent panel hiding enabled, in the Panel Preferences, make sure that "Reserve space on screed edges for the panel" is checked.

If this doesn't work, you can try setting a lower margin (Settings Manager > Workspaces > Margins) to the height of the panel, to see if that works.

Thank you for your response.
No, I have
Automatically hide the panel: = Never
Reserve space is checked on as well.
so that is strange.
I did increase the Panel height beyond the default, not sure if that would have anything to do with it.
Does not seem like it should.

Would rather not have to play around with the Margins but I will run some tests just to see if this issue still occurs.
