New panel plugins: Media Player (MPRIS) and Focus (Caffeine clone)

Hi everyone. I'd like to share two new panel plugins that I was missing. They're adaptations of features that have existed for a while on other desktops.

1. Media Player. A "Now Playing" widget with play/pause/next/previous controls, track info, and progress information.

2. Focus. A "Focus Mode" button that lets you inhibit screen locking and mute notifications for a while with a click. (It's a Caffeine clone.)

Any testing or feedback would be fantastic. Both are still in development, but they've worked fine for me on Xubuntu 26.04. There are .deb installers available for Ubuntu 26.04 / XFCE 4.20.
