create menu links/usb flash stick where

Hi
just installed some games but there not in the xfce menu, how can i add them?

my usb memory stick thing isint visible in xfce but is in gnome, cant find it in media (i think thats where its meant to be) how do i get it in xfce?

Do you use a automounter for that? If not, you have to mount it first and then use thunar (or xffm) to browse through its files.
