XFCE with KDE menu

hello
I have installed slackware linux with XFCE .
May I add the KDE menu to the menu list of XFCE applications ?
I would like to use some kde tool as KDevelop in paticular or is there any similar IDE tool ?

adding /usr/kde/3.5/share to your XDG_DATA_DIRS variable and /usr/kde/3.5/etc/xdg to XDG_CONFIG_DIRS could help. depending on your KDE installation location.

another way :
- on the tab bar ( the one bottom)
right click and select "Add new item"
- now you may choose "add launcher", if you want the icon on the tab bar, or "xfce menu " , if you want the icon on the application menu
- then you set on "other icon" an icon( an image file) , for example /opt/kde/share/apps/kdevelop/pics/kdevelop-splash.png
- in the field command you type kdevelop
( - deselect "Attach menu to launcher" )
