USB device desktop icon

I still have this problem, running RC1 I plug a USB drive in and it doesn't show up on the dektop nor in Thunar.

What have I missed?

Could you give us more informations? e.g. are you using udev or hotplug? I hope you mounted it somewhere?

I actually went the other way, I have installed Edgy Eft and that works. So it must have been a compile option or a misconfiguration by me.

I have other issues with EE but no problems with XFCE. :-)
