memory leak in mixer?

I've got the "System load monitor" running in the panel and I suddenly noticed that my mem (2gb) and swap (0,5gb) both were all full. I fired up top and noticed that I had 4 instances of xfce4-mixer each using several hundred megabytes of physical memory. I closed them down and now my system looks normal with ~1gb physical ram used and hardly any swap.

I did start 4 instances of the mixer, that's no mistake, I'm just surprised they consumed that much memory. My pc has only been on for ~30 hours. I'll try to find out what's causing the supposed memory leak. Can anyone else confirm?

Re: memory leak in mixer?

I started two instances of the mixer after my last post, saw a few tv series, then went to bed. Now both mixers use 112MB of physical memory each.
