[solved] where is the trash hiding?

i run xubuntu 6.10 and have some files in the trash, which i cannot erase: i do not have the rights to erase them. where is the trash located, so that i can do a sudo rm -rf?

Trash is here: ~/.local/share/Trash and you could do a sudo rm -Rf ~/.local/share/Trash. Maybe you can also run sudo thunar to empty the trash as root.

sudo rm -rf did not change anything... what would be the complete command line for sudo thunar?

edit: ok, i should have done: sudo rm -rf *

problem solved...
