Display Settings manager does not list any resolutions

When I try to use the Display Settings manager it does not list any resolutions. The box next to the gamma correction sliders is empty. Is there a trick to getting them to appear?

I have quite a few valid modelines in my xorg.conf file. I have Xrandr 1.0.2 installed.

I have the latest xfce from cvs, it was built maybe two weeks ago.

Re: Display Settings manager does not list any resolutions

You may be better off without them.  In response to your post, I started checking out that settings module.  As soon as I selected one of the options, Xfce crashed and I found myself at the login screen.
